Help page added

I thought to myself that perhaps if you're new to the site you won't be fully aware of the ways My Stopgap can help you - so I decided to give you a helping hand, as it were.

If you check out the navigation bar on the left of your screen you will see How can we help? which is pretty self-explanatory as it takes you to the page which will inform you of all the ways My Stopgap can assist you - whether it be counselling, informal discussion or even asking someone to pray for you, if you want. Don't forget that My Stopgap is here for you to use as much or as little as you like - so check out our help page and see which option/options suit you best. Enjoy!
