Mystopgap Forum Rules and Guidelines

It's great to have you here and we hope you enjoy our community - in order to keep the Mystopgap forums a safe and enjoyable place for all, we have a few rules and guidelines which we would ask that you follow:

• This forum is dedicated to many sensitive topics - with this in mind, personal attacks, condemnation and comments of a discriminatory nature are not permitted and any user found to be posting in this manner faces an immediate warning and even a ban.
• Spamming is not permitted, nor is unsolicited advertising. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an instant ban.
• You may not discuss any illegal activity such a file sharing, media piracy and intellectual property violations.
• Whilst we welcome all opinions and healthy debate, name calling, racial slurs, cursing and insulting comments are not welcome here. If you have an issue with another member that cannot be resolved between you, then you may ask a member of staff to get involved - but it must be kept off the boards.
• Continuously posting or bumping old topics is not allowed - please wait for an appropriate length of time before replying to your own topic in order to bring it to everyone's attention. Your topic will be read - just be patient.
• Multiple accounts are not permitted and anyone found to be creating more than one username will result in a permanent ban. If you wish to change your username, please send a private message to a member of staff who will gladly change it for you.
• Posts must be in English - if there is some difficulty with this, please use an appropriate translation engine.
• Forum Staff reserve the right to edit/delete posts and topics at their discretion and without prior notice.
