Apathy

I'm 6 months into my secondary education and and my apathy is effecting my education.
It began in year 10 in hiegh school and became a major obstical about at the beginning of year 11, during year 11 and 12 it became such an obstruction that I would not even attempt to complete assignments even the night before they where due.
Now in my secondary education after tomorrow night it will have destroied me because my apathy is such an obstruction that i have many assements to hand in i dont even remeber how many (approax 6-7) each estimated to take a minimum of a week to complete and i haven't even started some.
Even now i should be attempting to finish instead I'm doing this and other internet sites. and this is one of my more clearer moments in which a relise the hole i dug my self but i still cant/wont do anything about it.

Please help, i dont even know if its apathy i dealing with.
