Relationship Help

I am a 20 year old college student. I was engaged and supposed to be married in August of this year. My fiancee had lied to me about a lot of HUGE things and so I called off the wedding and we broke up. Ever since then I have had the worst relationship luck. I meet really great guys and I finally start to fall for them and then something happens.
My friends all tell me that I can't go looking for relationships and I dont, the last guy I was talking to found me. And things were going really well we talked everyday he came over from time to time, but then last night we had plans and he stood me up. He hasnt called or talked to me since 6 yesterday. I just don't know what to do. I am tired of getting hurt. I am depressed about it and am far away from home and my family.
