New baby on the way!

Well it's good news this time - as in, so far, so good. I am currently 13 weeks pregnant and all appears to be well at the moment. Feel like crap, naturally, and I'm already the size of a house with more acne than I had as a teenager but just glad that the heartbeat was strong at the ultrasound and that he/she was moving.

Been feeling some kicking too - nothing major but definitely a little person attemtping to beat the crap out of me from the inside so it's reassuring if not a bit weird...been a long time since I last had a baby so it's all a bit new to me. But exciting all the same. Got another scan in April and that'll be the big one as far as I'm concerned as it will tell me if the baby is developing normally etc - plus we're going to be finding out if it's a boy or a girl!
